We want every client to feel confident paying us. This policy explains when refunds apply. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Project work (websites, landing pages, software)
- Before work starts: if you cancel in writing before we begin design or development, your deposit is refunded in full.
- After work starts: you pay only for work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any part of your payment that exceeds the value of completed work is refunded.
- After delivery and approval: once you have approved and received the final deliverables, project fees are non-refundable. We will still fix any defects in our work reported within 30 days of launch at no charge.
Monthly services (SEO, Meta Ads, maintenance)
- Ongoing services run for the term set out in your proposal or service agreement.
- Cancellations follow the notice period in your service agreement. Service continues until the end of that notice period.
- Fees for a month that has already started are not refunded, because the work for that month is already underway.
- If you prepaid for future months, any full months not yet started are refunded.
Advertising spend
Ad budgets are paid directly to the advertising platforms (such as Google or Meta) from your own accounts. We cannot refund ad spend. Any unused balance stays in your ad account and is subject to that platform's policies.
Third-party costs
Costs we pay to third parties on your behalf, such as domain registrations, hosting plans, software licenses, stock assets or plugins, are non-refundable once purchased.
How to request a refund
Email info@primesoftsystems.com with your name, business name, invoice number and the reason for your request. We will reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
